How to claim

iGO4 is committed to making sure that its customers’ needs are fully covered if they are unfortunate enough to need to make a claim on their policy. These are some helpful tips to ensure that we are able to deal with your claim quickly and efficiently, some of which you should do now.

✔  Keep receipts for all of your valuable items
✔  Make a list of all of the valuable items in your home and keep this list somewhere safe away from the home
✔  Take photographs of valuable or unusual items
✔  Please do not organise repairs or replacements without our authorisation
✔  Make sure you have a crime number from the police if applicable
