Gender Pay Gap Report

We are committed to gender diversity and inclusion at iGO4, striving to attract talented individuals to join our team regardless of gender. Our Executive committee has an equal representation of men and women, whilst at both a Senior Manager and Manager level we have a slightly higher percentage of females. Whilst a snapshot of our gender pay gap as of the 5th April 2017 shows that at iGO4 we have a mean pay gap of 13.9%, this gap is as a result of male post holders at both the CEO and CFO roles which skews the data. The midpoint of our salary range, the median, is the same for both genders showing a 0% pay gap.

We will continue to ensure that all employees have access to career opportunities and development and reward and recognition. Our external and internal recruitment is values based and remuneration packages are continuously benchmarked. We believe our data shows that we have a culture of equal opportunity and that men and women are valued and represented equally at every level across the business.
