How to claim

iGO4 is committed to making sure that its customers’ needs are fully covered if they are unfortunate enough to need to make a claim on their policy. These are some helpful tips to ensure that we are able to deal with your claim quickly and efficiently.

✔  Note the registration number of any other vehicle involved
✔  Ask for the name, addresses and telephone numbers of the other people involved and any witnesses
✔  Also ask for the name, address and policy number of the other party’s insurer
✔  Make a sketch plan of the scene of the accident and a note of the road name
✔  Do not admit responsibility
✔  Please do not organise repairs to your vehicle without our authorisation
